iPondr excels in authentic storytelling, offering insight into America's diverse fabric. With a focus on humanity over politics, they provide a platform for exploration and dialogue. Embracing diverse perspectives, iPondr fosters empathy and learning, aiming to Build A Kinder America™. However, they shifted focus to offer their storytelling as a product for companies' DEI efforts, recognizing the opportunity to address pressing issues in corporate spaces.
We partnered with iPondr’s marketing team to craft a new brand identity for iPondr's DEI-focused storytelling product, (iPondr@Work) ensuring alignment with their established branding ethos. This design needed to reflect a dedication to authenticity, empathy, and inclusive dialogue while addressing corporate diversity and inclusion challenges.

Challenge
iPondr started iPondr@Work to shape workplace culture and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) through innovative media solutions.
We partnered closely with iPondr’s marketing team to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across various platforms.
Our approach
Our strategy involved enhancing the ipondr@work product with a refined color palette characterized by brighter, softer, and muted tones. Introducing playful elements aimed at fostering empathy, we sought to imbue challenging topics with a sense of approachability and lightness. Leveraging a combination of photographic and character illustration techniques, we aimed to establish a more inviting brand persona.
